What PersonaFit AI is not
PersonaFit AI is informational fitness software. It is not a medical device, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. The coaching personas are artificial intelligence characters. They are not licensed physicians, physiotherapists, dietitians or personal trainers, and nothing they say is a substitute for professional medical care.
Your representations
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you are medically cleared for physical activity, and that you have answered the PAR-Q+ screening honestly. If your health changes, you agree to update your answers.
Assumption of risk
You voluntarily assume all risk of injury, disability or death arising from your use of any program, cue, load prescription or recommendation generated by the service. This includes risks arising from equipment, your environment, and exercising without supervision.
Stop immediately if
- You feel chest pain, pressure or tightness
- You become severely short of breath, dizzy or faint
- You feel sharp joint pain, or pain that radiates down a limb
- You experience numbness or tingling
Seek emergency medical attention. Tell your coach in the app so your plan is adjusted.
Release
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release Silverbridge Dynamics (Pty) Ltd, its directors, employees and agents from any claim arising from your participation. Aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding twelve months.
Nothing here removes rights you cannot waive
Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or liabilities. Where that is so, those exclusions do not apply to you, and nothing in this waiver limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
