These terms govern your use of PersonaFit AI, provided by Silverbridge Dynamics (Pty) Ltd.
Who may use it
You must be at least 18. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure, and for everything done through it.
Safety comes first
You must complete the PAR-Q+ screening honestly. If your answers indicate you should speak to a physician, we will not generate a training plan until you have clearance. That is a deliberate safety decision and is not negotiable. See the liability waiver.
Subscriptions
- The 7-day Kickstart requires a card but is not charged during the trial.
- On day 8 it becomes Founding Annual at $49/year unless you cancel. You may switch to Monthly at $6.99/month at any time.
- A founding price stays fixed for as long as you keep that plan, including through improvements to it. It does not extend to plans introduced later.
- We email you on day 5 and day 7 before any charge.
- Cancel any time in Profile, in one tap. Access continues to the end of the paid period.
- One trial per person.
Who you are paying
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC acting as Merchant of Record. Your statement will show them, not Silverbridge Dynamics. They are the seller of record and handle tax.
What you own, what we own
Your training data is yours. The coaching personas, programming logic, and software are ours. You may not resell, scrape or redistribute them, or use the service to build a competing product.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass the safety screening, share an account, reverse engineer the service, or use it to give training advice to others as though it were your own professional judgement.
Availability
We do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features, and we will give reasonable notice of material changes to paid features.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Botswana. Nothing here removes consumer rights you hold under the mandatory law of your own country.
