The short version
If PersonaFit AI is not working for you, email us within 30 days of a charge and we will refund it. You do not have to explain yourself or complete a survey.
How to ask
Email support@personafitai.com from the address on your account. Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
The trial
The 7-day Kickstart is not charged, so there is nothing to refund. If you meant to cancel before day 8 and were charged anyway, that is exactly the situation this policy exists for — tell us and we will refund it.
Annual plans
Within 30 days, a full refund. After that, contact us and we will consider a pro-rata refund for unused months.
Your statutory rights
If you are in the EU or UK you have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. This policy is more generous and does not replace that right.
When we may decline
Repeated refund requests across multiple accounts, or use of the service in breach of the terms.
