This policy explains what PersonaFit AI collects, why, and what you can do about it. It is written to be read rather than to be technically compliant and unreadable.
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Silverbridge Dynamics (Pty) Ltd, registered in the Republic of Botswana. For privacy questions, contact privacy@personafitai.com.
What we collect
- Account — your email address.
- Intake answers — training history, equipment, schedule, and the psychology questions.
- Health screening — your PAR-Q+ answers, injuries and any pain you report.
- Training log — sets, reps, loads, and session completion.
- Optional — body metrics and voice commands, each separately consented and off by default.
Health data has its own policy
Your PAR-Q+ answers, injuries and pain reports are also covered by a separate consumer health data privacy policy, which sets out in more detail what is collected, who receives it, and how to have it deleted.
Health data is treated as sensitive
Your PAR-Q+ answers, injuries and pain reports are special-category data under GDPR Article 9. We process them on the basis of your explicit consent, for one purpose: making your training safe. They are never used for advertising and never sold.
What never leaves your device
- Room awareness audio. Loudness and frequency shape are computed locally. Only a label such as gym_loud is synced. No audio is recorded, and no recorder is ever created.
- Voice commands. Transcribed and discarded, unless you separately turn on voice retention.
Who else sees it
- Supabase — database and authentication hosting.
- Vercel — application hosting.
- Lemon Squeezy — payments, as Merchant of Record. They handle card details; we never see them.
- Anthropic — coach dialogue. Your first name and training context are sent; your email is not.
- Google Cloud Text-to-Speech — turning coach text into speech, when your browser is not doing it on your own device. It receives the words the coach is about to say, and nothing else.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Your rights
You can access, export, correct or delete your data at any time from Profile. Deletion is permanent. You may withdraw any consent without losing access to the rest of the product, and you may complain to your local data protection authority.
How long we keep it
- Training history — until you delete it or close your account.
- Retained voice clips, if enabled — 90 days.
- PAR-Q+ responses — kept as a safety record while your account exists.
- Billing records — as long as tax law requires.
What this product is not
PersonaFit AI is not a covered entity under HIPAA and does not process protected health information on behalf of one. It is not a medical device.
