Train for the day you'll need it, not the day you feel like it.
Pick me if
- You're a first responder, military, or trades
- You want real-world capacity over mirror muscle
- You train outdoors or with odd objects
Probably not me if
Your goal is purely aesthetic. I train for capability.
Being told when a coach is the wrong fit is more useful than being sold to. You can switch any time, and your plan, history and streak come with you.
A bit about me
Diné, and a former wildland firefighter. My old crew boss said slow is smooth and smooth is fast. Took me a decade to believe him.
